Very impressed with the particularly nice view from our standard king room. Reasonably large bathroom and a bath with good sewerage. Location marvellous, close to a subway station.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable rooms. The staff even helped with my luggage during my first stay, which I appreciated. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

We took a deluxe queen room and it had central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. The bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom - large. Location: the hotel was just next door to the cable car, Chile in the summer, and restaurants. We had goodies and coffee at The Coffee Club, it was located really close to the venue.

Awful awful awful hotel. Shabby rundown old room with a terrible bathroom. The shower keeps alternating between cold and hot withing seconds. Unfriendly staff, way overpriced, in the usa this would be a 2 star hotel. What a ripoff!

Large spacious rooms with a nice seating area and ample hanging and storage space. The included breakfast was good.
The staff spoke little english and they were not able to offer much help. If your Spanish is limited it is difficult to get travel information.

They were rispid at the checkout and tried to charge us for a kid who slept in the same queen bed with a sister. There were three queen beds in the room!!! Although I was there during 3 days, they never told us about their intention. And I repeat: they were rude and ironic.

Conveniet location.
Breakfast area poorly organised for self-service.Staff too slow in replenishing food items. Also, too slow in clearing tables when users were finished.
