We took a deluxe queen room and it had central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. The bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom - large. Location: the hotel was just next door to the cable car, Chile in the summer, and restaurants. We had goodies and coffee at The Coffee Club, it was located really close to the venue.

I was happy with the standard king room I booked, it came with a shower and a cool balcony. the staff helped with recommendations for restaurants. the location was amazing, near a mall and the subway to easily move around the best neighborhoods of Santiago. I was content with my stay at Mr Apart Providencia in Santiago. the standard king room I booked had a shower and a nice balcony. the staff were helpful in suggesting restaurants. the location was fantastic, close to a mall and the subway, making it easy to explore the best neighborhoods of Santiago.

Awful awful awful hotel. Shabby rundown old room with a terrible bathroom. The shower keeps alternating between cold and hot withing seconds. Unfriendly staff, way overpriced, in the usa this would be a 2 star hotel. What a ripoff!

Large spacious rooms with a nice seating area and ample hanging and storage space. The included breakfast was good.
The staff spoke little english and they were not able to offer much help. If your Spanish is limited it is difficult to get travel information.
